We are seeking interns, volunteers, designers and crew members.
Target Margin does not solicit scripts.
Internships
We need energetic interns with a quirky bent to assist us with the myriad tasks that make great theater happen. Some office experience is preferred, not required. Other skills you have that will benefit us: knowledge and proficiency with social media platforms, Microsoft Office programs, the alphabet and plate spinning. Our office is small and we consider this position an integral part of our success. Whether you’re looking to worm your way into the NY theater scene or you already have a strong foothold and would like more focused experience-we accommodate the goals of our intern and consider your needs as important as our own. Being a small company with limited resources, we offer travel reimbursement, priceless experience, tickets to all of our shows and an occasional snack as compensation for this position. Academic credit is also available when applicable. We’re looking for someone to join us 1-2 days a week at a minimum.
Volunteers
Target Margin Theater is no island! We are always on the lookout for generous souls who can volunteer their time to assist us in matters theatrical and practical. If you’d like to lend a hand, let us know what your skills and interests are.
Designers
If you are a designer—scenic, lighting, costume or otherwise—please be in touch. We always enjoy meeting talented new designers.
Crew
Put your skills to the test. Target Margin is always looking to fill crew positions. If you have carpentry, rigging or all around useful in a load-in/load-out situation skills please drop us a line.
