Our offices are located in ART/New York's South Oxford Space, at 138 South Oxford Street, between Atlantic Avenue and Hanson Place, in Fort Greene, near downtown Brooklyn and the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM). The building is a five story Federal style stone and brick building with “Visiting Nurses Association” carved above the entrance.

C train to the Lafayette Ave. station in Brooklyn. Take the South Oxford St./Hanson Place exit. We are at 138 South Oxford Street, near the corner of Hanson Place.

2, 3, 4, 5, B , Q, or LIRR to Atlantic Avenue station in Brooklyn or the D, M, N, or R trains to Pacific Street. Exit the station at BAM/Hanson Place. Walk with traffic up Hanson Place five blocks. Turn right on South Oxford Street. We are on the first block on the right.

G Train to Fulton Street. Walk 3 blocks up Fulton Street to South Oxford Street. Turn right on South Oxford. Cross Hanson Place. We are located on that block.

FROM MANHATTAN & BRONX: Take Canal Street going east to the Manhattan Bridge. Cross the bridge into Brooklyn. Stay in the left lane, following signs to Flatbush Avenue. (The left lane will turn into Flatbush Ave.) Make a left onto Fulton Street. Continue past the intersection of Lafayette Ave. and Fulton Street. Pass South Oxford Street and make a right on the next street, Cumberland. Make a right on Atlantic Commons and a right on South Oxford. We are on the left-hand side of that block.

West Side Hwy/Henry Hudson Pkwy or FDR to Brooklyn Bridge to Atlantic Avenue. Make a left onto Atlantic Avenue. Continue on Atlantic through the intersection of Flatbush and Atlantic Avenues. Make a left onto South Oxford Street.

FROM QUEENS & BRONX: Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (BQE) to Tillary Street. Make a left onto Flatbush Avenue. Make a left onto Fulton Street. Continue past the intersection of Lafayette Ave. and Fulton Street. Pass South Oxford Street and make a right on the next street, Cumberland. Make a right on Atlantic Commons and a right on South Oxford. We are on the left-hand side of that block.

FROM PHILADELPHIA: Take 95 North from Philadelphia. Get on the NJ Turnpike. Take Exit 14C to the Holland Tunnel. Once in Manhattan, take Canal Street going east. FROM STATEN ISLAND: Belt Parkway to Atlantic Avenue. Continue on Atlantic through the intersection of Flatbush and Atlantic Avenues. Make a left onto South Oxford Street.
